Mae’r linell gymorth hefyd yn aelod o’r ‘linell iaith’ (Language Line) sy’n gallu darparu dwyieithog i alwyr nad ydynt yn siarad Cymraeg neu Saesneg.

If the Helplines are busy there is a voice mail system that enables callers to leave a message. The messages are checked at regular intervals throughout the day and all calls are returned, as long as it is safe for us to do so.

The Wales Domestic Abuse Helpline is a fully bilingual service for Welsh and English speakers.

The Helpline is also a member of the Language Line and can provide access to an interpreter for callers who do not speak Welsh or English.

We can also access the BT Type Talk Service for callers who are deaf of hard of hearing.
